Job Description

You should have 14 - 18 years of experience in Commerce and Content Solution Implementation, with at least 6+ years in Program Management and 8+ years in software development. Your responsibilities will include leading teams to translate client requirements into solution visions, managing design and implementation in agile projects, and overseeing globally distributed teams of CMS and commerce engineers. You should offer strategic insights on digital experience platforms, manage project schedules and risk plans, allocate resources effectively, and build stakeholder relationships. Essential skills include expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM migration projects, strong UI/UX design leadership, and SAFe Agile certification. A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required for this role.,
