Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize resources effectively.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Management

Supervise and mentor data engineering teams, promoting collaboration and skill development.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.

Client Engagement & Communication

Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, escalations, and issue resolution.
Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Oversight

Provide guidance on data platform architecture and solutions.
Oversee On-Prem to Cloud data migration projects and ensure smooth execution.
Ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
