Job Description

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities ( e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.) Key accountabilities include: Working closely with the Programme Manager and DAO Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment of their project(s) with the wider change portfolio and DAO Strategy Influencing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes Leading change initiative(s), establishing robust project governance including clear sponsorship in accordance with Change Framework Partner with Scrum Masters to ensure facilitation of daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement and retrospectives Effective project delivery, highlighting, escalating and resolving risks, issues and dependencies and tracking updates. Making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation Proactively managing baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget demonstrating clear ability to deliver to commitments Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships across different markets and GBGFs Attributes: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a PMO role Data Management solid understanding Data Modelling experience is highly preferred Solid Data Governance experience Proven success track in project management involving different cross-functional teams (global projects) Ability to provide Program and Project Managers with ideas and proposals on how to resolve Data related project problems (basing on collected data) is highly desirable Experience of working in data-related change, preferably within financial services Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc) is essential Experience with agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Familiarity with the standards and processes Proven ability to influence, and build relationships with stakeholders (IT and Business) at all levels across within a global matrix organisation model Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to co-ordinate and analyse multiple project and work stream data Proven experience of designing and implementing process improvement at Portfolios or Programmes. Proficient in spoken and written English.
