Job Description

As a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate design & development projects from concept to delivery at ArtLogic. You will serve as a bridge between creative vision and delivery, managing timelines, monitoring resources, and coordinating teams to ensure smooth execution of branding, design, web, and content projects. Your responsibilities will include managing P&L for all allocated projects. You must thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards and client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Initiate & own projects, plan project scope, objectives, and deliverables across design, development, and content teams - Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, setting quality standards, assessing risks - Gather requirements, set clear expectations, share updates, manage approvals - Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and leadership to define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets - Assign and monitor resources, oversee internal workflows, balance workloads - Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors if needed - Host daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews - Track project performance, manage changes, ensure deliverables meet standards - Share regular reports on project progress - Lead post-project evaluations for process improvements **Requirements and Skills:** - Minimum 4+ years of project management experience in services/product setup, preferably from a creative, digital, or marketing agency - Proven experience as a project administrator & coordinator in development & design projects - Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines - Proficient in project management and communication tools - Excellent communication skills to interface with clients and internal teams - Solid organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities - Experience working with global clients **Preferred skills and qualifications:** - Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 - Experience in developing platforms for internal processes - Experience in coaching project team members In this role, you will work full-time in a permanent position at Mohali.
