Improving the storage capacity of the stores with new infra-assets and new processes
Development & implementation of new solutions supporting better inventory handling & minimize dump
Vendor management & development
Cross functional department coordination
Manage the end-to-end setup of assets for Dark stores, overseeing the ordering and management of assets ,ensuring all equipment, inventory, and infrastructure were ready for store launches.
