Project Manager (10+ years)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage banking technology projects, with strong focus on
Finacle and lending systems integration
.
Oversee
system integrations, data flow, and GL reconciliation
between core and sub-systems.
Manage stakeholders, communicate project status, risks, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Apply
Agile and Waterfall methodologies
effectively for project delivery.
Optimize system performance to support business objectives.

Requirements:

10+ years of project management experience in
Banking/Financial Services
.
Strong expertise in
Lending Systems & Finacle
.
Bachelors in IT/CS/Business;
PMP/PRINCE2 preferred
.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
