Project Manager-Consulting -Transformation Solution Consultant

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting and tracking the delivery of digital work for aligned clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively originating and shaping digital opportunities for both existing and new client base. - Articulately and passionately presenting digital concepts to senior stakeholders, both internal and external. - Developing the business case for digital opportunities and creating cost structures and benefit models tailored to client needs. - Having exposure in Consulting, preferably in L&A domain. - Working closely with aligned operations and transformation lead on opportunity identification, analysis, validation, and solution segmentation including Analytics, Digital, and Process re-design. - Collaborating with business leaders to identify and execute transformation opportunities. - Driving cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects. - Maintaining awareness of new and emerging solutions and their potential application in operations. - Promoting enterprise adoption of tools and techniques through internal and client showcasing, and articulating the business case and value proposition. - Serving as a business interface for Advance Automation & Robotics and analytics opportunities. - Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a periodic basis, both in written and verbal forms. - Coaching Operations on Change management.
