Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan & monitor project schedules (Civil & PEB) Manage on-site execution, subcontractors & resources Coordinate with design, procurement & site teams Conduct client reviews & submit project reports Ensure quality, safety & statutory compliance Lead handover, snag clearance, and final billing Preferred candidate profile • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA/PGP in Construction Management preferred). • Experience: 7 to 15 years in end-to-end project execution of turnkey construction projects (industrial, warehousing, or commercial). • Proven track record of managing PEB + Civil execution for large-scale projects • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and ERP systems. • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, site safety standards, and municipal regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. • Willingness to travel and manage multi-site operations when required.
