Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of high-rise civil construction projects using Mivan shuttering technology. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, and control of project activities to ensure completion within defined timelines, cost, quality, and safety

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise projects using Mivan shuttering.
  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, micro-planning, and cycle planning for slabs.
  
• Ensure smooth coordination between site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
  

Mivan Shuttering Management

• Plan Mivan shuttering cycles, material movement, repetition cycles, and productivity optimization.
  
• Coordinate formwork assembly, stripping, shifting, and reuse as per approved methodology.
  
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of Mivan material.
  

Cost & Resource Management

• Control project costs, wastage, and material consumption.
  
• Manage manpower planning including engineers, supervisors, and labour.
  
• Monitor subcontractor bills, RA bills, and material reconciliation.
  

Quality Control

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Implement QA/QC procedures for Mivan construction including line-level-plumb checks.
  
• Close NCRs and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
  

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with site safety norms, statutory requirements, and company safety policies.
  
• Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and audits.
  
• Maintain safety records and incident reports.
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, and internal management.
  
• Conduct regular review meetings and update stakeholders on progress.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  

Documentation & Handover

• Maintain all site records including drawings, checklists, approvals, and correspondence.
  
• Ensure proper site handover and documentation at project milestones and completion.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  

• 1217 years

  of experience in civil construction projects.
• Minimum

  4–5 years hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering for high-rise buildings

  .
• Proven experience in managing slab cycles, manpower, and large-scale formwork systems.
