Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Lead end-to-end management of hotel development and renovation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

Coordinate internal teams, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Act as the primary point of contact between ownership, hotel operators (e.g., Marriott, Hilton), and project stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure progress and compliance.

Risk & Quality Management:

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to safety, sustainability, quality, and brand standards.
Monitor project performance and apply corrective actions when necessary.

Budget & Cost Control:

Manage project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
Approve vendor invoices and track expenditures against project milestones.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance:

Ensure projects comply with local zoning, building codes, and hospitality regulations.
Oversee permitting processes and inspections.
