Project Manager civil and steel structure

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to manage and coordinate multiple projects across factory and site locations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in steel structures, hands-on site experience, and the ability to guide labour teams by resolving technical and execution-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate between factory production and site execution
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and as per quality standards

Site & Factory Coordination

• Supervise site activities and factory fabrication processes
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and labour teams
• Resolve on-site technical issues and clarify drawings, measurements, and execution methods

Technical & Engineering Support

• Review civil and steel structure drawings and specifications
• Provide technical guidance to labour and site staff
• Ensure proper erection, alignment, and finishing of steel structures

Quality, Safety & Reporting

• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site and factory
• Maintain project progress reports and daily updates
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience managing steel structure projects
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, erection, and civil works
• Ability to handle multiple projects and teams
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel between factory and site

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sheds, steel buildings, car porches, or similar projects
• Familiarity with project scheduling and reporting tools
