The ideal candidate will have proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Jira, and be capable of analyzing and validating system functionality based on user requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for insurance-related processes • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets • Track and manage tasks using Jira • Provide insights and feedback for process improvement Key Requirements: • Knowledge of the insurance sector • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools • Ability to perform UAT and document test results • Strong analytical and communication skills
