Ensure there is a positive working relationship between all the team members.Must be able to convert client functional requirements into technical and able to track project with progress.Should have knowledge of Microsoft technologies i.e. .NET 4.5, Asp.net MVC,.net core, Azure, and other cloud platforms Team Player, Knowledge of different stages of SDLC and their execution worked on Window application that will be added advantage.
