Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and proactively address any concerns and act as a trusted advisor - Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard qualified resources for client projects. Manage consultant assignments, onboarding, and ongoing performance - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget - Very good understanding of Agile project management practices - Identify and mitigate potential project risks. Develop contingency plans and proactively address any issues that may arise - Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare and deliver project reports, including progress, budget, and performance metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
