Job Description

Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring end-to-end project management.
Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and effective stakeholder communication.
Gather and manage business requirements comprehensively.
Coordinate across various teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Drive project success through effective team coordination and strong leadership.
Manage documentation and requirement gathering throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Required

Proven experience managing projects in the
financial domain
.
Hands-on experience with
ACH (Automated Clearing House) processes
is mandatory.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
Proficiency in project tracking tools (
JIRA, Trello
, etc.).

Good to Have:

PMP/Prince2
or similar certification.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodology
.
