Job Description Format Job Title & Purpose Job Title : Project Management ProfessionalPurpose of the Job: Responsible for handling large scale Ground Mounted Solar Project from concept to commissioning & handing over to O&M for smooth operation & maintenance. Handling multiple teams & providing guidance to implement best practices. Review, advise and make recommendations on contractual requirements specifically relating to schedule and progress monitoring. Position in the Organization Organization Structure: Project Management Organizational Reporting Reporting to : HOD Projects/ Senior Management Business Manager: Network & Links: External Mission Objectives and Responsibility: 1) Monitor project cash flow, vendor assessment & technical evaluation of all packages. 2) Develop and maintain system architecture, including all piping, instrumentation, or process flow diagrams 3) Handling multiple teams of HO & Site for smooth operation & planning. 4) Responsible for timely commission of the project with customer satisfaction. 5) Responsible to adhere company process & implement changes/advise good practices to adopt for handling large scale projects. 1) Accountability: 2) Work cross -functionally to solve project related problems. Escalating unresolved issue to higher management. 3) Accountable for project cash flow, sales & cost monitoring 4) Complete responsibility of coordination between HO and site team. Resolving all site related problem with immediate effect. 5) Timely commissioning of project within budget, quality & safety. Measurement / KPIs of the role: Job Requirements Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in any stream from an accredited university or college Knowledge and Experience: 1) Minimum 15 years of experience in handling large scale ground mounted solar projects 2) Experience in MS Project or Primavera tool 3) Strong oral & written communication skills 4) Strong interpersonal & leadership skills 5) Ability to influence others and lead big teams Competencies Technical Skills: Must have knowledge of Solar projects & its technical parameters. Understand & review drawings like SLD, layouts & cable schedule. Behavioral Skills: Effective problem identification and solution skills. Must have strong oral & written communication skills.
