Project Management Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, obtain sign-off from all stakeholders, and ensure continuous monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
  
• Proactively escalate any delays or deviations to the concerned leadership.
  

2. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with teams from Product Marketing, R&D, Purchase, Quality, and Production to drive timely closure of project milestones.
  

3. Project Governance:

• Conduct regular project review meetings.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
  

4. Budget Management:

• Monitor project expenses against the allocated budget and highlight any variances with corrective actions.
  

5. Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and prepare effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  

6. Reporting & Communication:

• Release weekly MIS reports capturing project status, key highlights, risks, and dependencies for stakeholder visibility.
  

7. Gate Planning & Sign-off:

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate project gate activities in line with the NPD process.
  
• Ensure formal gate reviews and sign-offs are completed at each phase.
