About the Role: As a Project Management Embedded System Automotive - Professional, you will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Definition: Analyze project scope, requirements, and goals to define clear project objectives. Perform project tailoring based on specific needs and create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Develop comprehensive project plans and detailed schedules for embedded software projects. Project Monitoring & Control : Actively monitor and track project progress against planned timelines and deliverables. Track personal activities and those of project team members to ensure alignment and progress. Conduct regular project-related reviews and status meetings. Monitor project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Proactively communicate problems and initiate escalations to relevant stakeholders when necessary. Technical Leadership & Coordination : Provide expert technical leadership and coordination across cross-functional teams. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various engineering disciplines. Documentation & Compliance: Responsible for creating and maintaining essential project management documentation, including project manuals. Provide support for creating Configuration Management (CM) plans. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in managing software projects, specifically within the embedded systems and automotive sectors. Demonstrated ability to plan, monitor, and track project progress effectively. Strong analytical skills to define project scope, requirements, and goals, and identify potential risks. Expertise in project monitoring and control techniques. Exceptional technical leadership and coordination abilities. Familiarity with creating project-related documents like project manuals and contributing to CM plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
