Project Leader/Sr. Project Leader

As a Project Leader/Assistant Manager, your primary mission will be to design, plan, implement, monitor, and close projects, ensuring the achievement of project objectives and deliverables within the specified time, budget, and quality parameters. You will report to the Engineering Manager. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing piston compressor NPD projects, introducing new products following the Atlas Copco CtP process, designing and selecting components/systems, creating qualification plans, developing technical solutions, conducting PTMs, reporting project progress to PCM, ensuring product quality, ordering prototype parts, performing engineering calculations, providing training to Project Engineers/Designers, developing test programs, validating designs, focusing on product range expansion, cost reductions, and technology development projects, expanding the export business, safeguarding design quality, and collaborating with various departments. To succeed in this role, you should have 10-15 years of product design and development experience in mechanical engineering, ideally with experience in multinational production companies and a proven track record in piston compressor development. A mechanical engineering graduate with a Masters degree will be preferred.
