Project Leader (UI Lead) - Retail

WHAT you'll DO:

• Contribute as a lead of the team to develop applications/ products within Retail domain (Grocery, Apparel, General Merchandise, e-commerce, B2B retail, etc)
• Design solutions & and implement user interfaces with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability
• Good understanding of creating dockers/ containers to deploy tools on cloud
• Working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker
• Utilize Node JS, Golang or similar languages for server-side logic and application integration; Integrate with databases, ensuring efficient and optimized database interactions
• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration between the two
• Write reusable and sustainable code, following best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects and issues promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to consistently enhance development processes
• Assist in recruiting, marketing and training

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in either React JS or Angular JS for front-end development and working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
• Strong HTML and CSS skills, with an eye for design and user experience
• Strong Experience and Knowledge about Frontend Design Patterns and System Design
• Strong experience in Web Performance Optimization and adopts it for all web products which are being developed.
• Expert Knowledge and experience with browser tuning and optimization techniques/tools.
• Experience in backend development languages like Node JS and Golang (Preferred)
• Good to have hands-on experience with Azure SQL/MySQL/Snowflake and MongoDB/DynamoDB
• Expert Knowledge of VCS system like Git, BitBucket or Github
• Strong Hands-on Experience on Integrating Gen AI Based Applications with Frontend
• Strong Knowledge on Prompt Engineering is Preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver highquality results under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
• Must have strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders and client maps
• Good to have knowledge of key data sources and metrics about the Retail industry with experience in one or more sub-sectors within Retail
