Requirements

  • Plan, execute, and close food production or service-related projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, QA/QC, Production, Procurement, Marketing, etc.)
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and prepare progress reports.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Train and guide team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure product quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
