Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coordination:

  Guide daily team activities, allocate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and productivity.

• Milestone & Quality Tracking:

  Monitor project progress, address technical/team-related issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Problem-Solving:

  Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that could hinder the teams progress, while implementing creative and effective solutions to ensure the project remains on track

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Act as the main point of contact between project manager, stakeholders, and team; provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes.

• Risk Assessment:

  Identify potential risks (technical or team-related) and develop mitigation strategies.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present progress reports, resource utilization updates, and outcome summaries to the project manager and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  5 to 8 years in project-based roles with proven ability to lead teams or initiatives.

• Leadership & Communication:

  Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

• Problem-Solving:

  Critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions under pressure.

• Adaptability:

  Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and unforeseen challenges.

• Organizational Skills:

  Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
