Project Lead SW Integration CI/CD - Linux Yocto

As a Project Leader specializing in Software Integration at HARMAN, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of software components within our SBU Connectivity projects, focusing on Automotive SPICE SWE.5 standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Software Integrators, DevOps engineers, and Software Project Leaders to ensure successful integration of software modules and alignment with project goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure best-in-class CI/CD with automated L1/L2 testing is implemented and executed. - Develop software integration plans outlining the process, milestones, and required resources for successful integration. - Work closely with Software integration/DevOps engineers and software project leads to ensure alignment with project timelines and goals. - Implement quality assurance measures to ensure integrated software components meet established standards, including Automotive SPICE SWE.5 compliance. - Identify and address integration issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. - Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes, configurations, and results for knowledge transfer and future reference. - Proactively identify integration risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines. - Provide regular integration progress updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency within the software development lifecycle. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Proven experience in leading software development or working in software integration. - Experience with CI pipelines and Linux operating systems. - Demonstrated leadership skills in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving project success. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conveying technical concepts to various stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results within project constraints. - Experience planning and tracking within frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Additionally, fluent English skills, exceptional communication skills, understanding of UML and/or SW architecture concepts, familiarity with continuous build and version control systems, experience in the automotive industry or Automotive SPICE, and relevant certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 are considered advantageous.
