Job Description

Candidate Must having Experience in LPG/Cryogenic Tank Project

Should be independently able to make plant layouts/PFDs/P&IDs etc. in line with relevant codes/rules/guidelines.
Should be able to do pump selection, pipeline sizing, PSV & PVRV sizing, Heat Exchanger sizing, selection of valves, pipes & fittings etc.
Should be conversant with all the local and international standards for the design of heat exchangers, storage tanks, pressure vessels and piping work (API, ASME & ASTM standards).
Should be able to feed details and communicate with design consultants.
Should be able to review and prepare the IPDS, control philosophy and cause and effect diagram.
Should be able to review and prepare the technical specifications for tanks, pressure vessels, pumps, heat exchangers, piping material etc.
Should be able to co-ordinate with the design, operation and site team for modification / changes in the project specifications based on the site condition.
Should be responsible for planning and co-ordinate with the vendor, contractors and central purchase team for smooth and un-interrupted functioning of the project site.

Adhere to project schedule and ensure timely completion of project.
