Job Description- Project InCharge/RCM -Mechanical

We are searching for a reliable, innovative RCM to oversee Construction processes at our Site.

To lead a team of engineers for the overall construction activities at sites. Job includes on time delivery of projects within the budget with safety and quality consciousness; will be responsible for managing employees, contractors and stakeholders, government authorities and public relations for successful completion of projects. Reports to the project manager on day-to-day progress and MIS reporting for various stakeholders.

Major Duties Responsibilities:

· Must have Mechanical Industrial work experience in project execution at sites.

· Technical knowledge to supervise execution of construction work for Mechanical Equipment erection, Structural fabrication and Erection, Piping, Ducting, chimney, tank fabrication, silos, chutes ,Heat Exchanger and conveyors etc.

· Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of on-going projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.

· Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in engineering (with 15-20 years’ Experience).

Proficiency in MS Office.

Proven experience in the engineering field.
