As a Project Incharge for Meter Testing in Indore & Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, your primary responsibility will be to lead meter testing projects for residential and commercial properties in the specified locations. You will be in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure smooth operations and timely completion. Managing field teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively will be crucial to the success of the projects. Building and maintaining strong relationships with electricity boards and metering utilities is essential, along with tracking project progress, reporting milestones, and addressing any challenges or risks that may arise. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in meter testing or similar utility projects, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills. Established connections with electricity boards and metering utilities will be advantageous, along with the ability to develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. A willingness to travel between Indore and Bhopal is required to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. Preferred qualifications include an Engineering degree (Electrical) or a related field, coupled with previous project management experience in the utility sector.
