Project Incharge Civil Engineer

As a Project Incharge (Civil Engineer) at Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP), you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of the Office Building Construction Project at Knowledge Park 5, Greater Noida. Your role will involve overseeing daily site activities, supervising site engineers and contractors, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality control and safety compliance. Your qualifications must include a B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in building construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily site activities for smooth project execution. - Supervise site engineers, contractors, labor teams, and skilled workers. - Execute structural and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and material suppliers. - Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimation, and material procurement plans. - Check and verify contractor bills, RA bills, and maintain cost control on site. - Track progress, prepare activity reports, and ensure milestone achievement. - Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes. - Identify and resolve on-site execution issues for efficient workflow. - Plan schedules, site resources, and ensure timely project completion. Required Qualifications & Experience: - B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 8-15 years of work experience in building construction. - Experience in handling office buildings, commercial complexes, or similar large projects. - Strong practical knowledge in site execution, finishing works, billing, estimation, and vendor management. - Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings accurately. Desired Skills: - Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. - Ability to work independently with responsibility and accountability.
