Project Head - Interior Projects

As a Project Head at Vogue Interiors LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing interior projects from planning to completion. Your role will involve leading the project management team, coordinating with designers, clients, and site teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery within the specified budget. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple interior projects simultaneously. - Plan, schedule, and execute projects with proper resource allocation. - Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, vendors, and site supervisors. - Ensure timely procurement of materials and adherence to quality standards. - Monitor project costs and budget to ensure profitability. - Conduct regular site inspections and promptly resolve on-site issues. - Maintain project reports, documentation, and updates for management. - Focus on ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech Civil engineering, Diploma in interior design, or related field. - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in interior project management. - Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
