Project General Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and manage all civil engineering projects Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations Coordinate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time Manage project budgets and resources effectively Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution Supervise and mentor engineering staff Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Prepare and present project reports Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 20 years of experience in civil engineering project management Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of civil engineering standards and regulations Proficiency in project management software Skills: Project Management AutoCAD Microsoft Project Primavera Construction Management Strategic Planning Leadership Budget Management Quality Assurance
