Project Field Coordinator

Position: Project Field Coordinator

Tenure: 1-2 years

Location: Namsai District town, Arunachal Pradesh

The Council for Social and Digital Development () and the North East Development Foundation () & seeks to hire an Project Field Coordinator (Consultant) for an upcoming project on Rural Women Enterprise development (including financial education, financial services access, market, raw materials support, digital business development) in select Rural Women Livelihood Clusters in Namsai Block (Piyong / Ningroo, Lathaw); and Lekang Block, Arunachal Pradesh.

Desirable Qualification:

• A Graduate or a Post Graduate in any discipline;
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in working in rural areas.
• Experience in rural women livelihood development, financial literacy and education with Self Help Groups (SHGs), Farmers Producers Companies (FPCs), Farmers Producers Organisations (FPOs) etc.
• Good writing and communication skills in local language, and working knowledge of English.

Role of Project Coordinator

• Map and identify rural women livelihood clusters (in handloom, handicrafts, livestock, agriculture, food processing and others.
• Identify and engage advance SHGs and women doing business for minimum 2-3 years.
• Map the needs of the SHGs and women enterprises.
• Provide financial education, access to Enterprise Development Loans (EDLs) from small finance banks and others, provide digital training, help in market promotion and sales, help in license; help in access to relevant government schemes and others.

Remuneration

The financial remuneration would be between INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month.
