Project Engineering

Co-ordination of engineering activities with all stakeholders and front ending the same with client. Finalization of MDL and engineering deliverables - internal as well as external. To expedite engineering, continuously monitor engineering progress and report the progress including concerns, and intervention required from Project Director. To participate in internal as well as client review meetings on engineering issues. To resolve all interface issues.
Responsibility for procurement involves technical specs review, collection of offers, resolution of technical queries raised by bidders, release of BER and follow up with SCM for the placement of orders. Post award of the packages, to work in close co-ordination with package managers till successful delivery of package. Any technical issue raised by any stakeholder during execution is to be suitably addressed.
