As a member of the Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC), you will be part of a team of over 2600 skilled engineers specializing in tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation, and commissioning. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing timely and comprehensive offers and quotations for Gas Insulated switchgear RFQs/Enquiries. You will be tasked with determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, collaborating with the Sales support team to offer solutions to country/region-specific customers, and working closely with Product Group Territory Marketing & Service Sales Managers for the global market. Analyzing customer needs through general market information and input from Service FES/Territory Managers will be a crucial part of your role. In addition, you will ensure that all proposals adhere to relevant Hitachi Energy Procedures and guidelines, rationalize terms and conditions, review and analyze technical documents and requirements of offers/quotations, prepare commercial quotations, and support ASMs during the offer/quotation process for adequate follow-up and proper responses. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
