Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in assembly, testing, and production management of electro-mechanical machines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor batch-wise production of plate beveling machines.

Supervise and guide the team to achieve daily/weekly production targets.

Perform assembly, wiring, and testing of electro-mechanical machines.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and resources.

Maintain quality standards and adhere to production schedules.

Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth project execution.

Prepare daily production reports and share with management.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (required).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine assembly & testing.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to get work done through the team.

Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting.

Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates staying in Vasai-Virar / nearby areas will be preferred.
