Job Description

SLB is looking for Project Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to contractors and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Prepare and submit reports on project status, progress, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in managing engineering projects with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
