Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for hotel projects using Primavera/MS Project. The position ensures alignment between planning objectives and on-site execution to achieve timely project delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.Responsible for identifying and sourcing vendors, assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals, float RFPs, obtain quotations from vendors, and support in technical evaluation and negotiation processes.Carry out rate analysis and market benchmarking to support cost control and ensure value-driven procurement.Develop detailed baseline schedules, milestones, and resource plans.Monitor project progress, identify slippages, and recommend recovery strategies.Coordinate with project and site teams for schedule adherence.Prepare and update look-ahead schedules, progress curves, and dashboards.Assist in risk identification, resource allocation, and progress forecasting.Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.Support billing and cost control teams with verified progress data.Experience in Hospitality / PMC (Experience in high-end interior works.)
