PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Description: You will be responsible for developing detailed layout designs using Revit software and preparing 3D renders using Lumion Software. Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to coordinate layout implementation on-site. - Prepare and maintain layout drawings and design calculations, keeping documentation accurate and up to date. - Conduct site inspections to verify layout accuracy and implement quality control measures. - Assist in budget preparation, cost estimates, and resource management for timely and cost-efficient layout tasks. - Communicate layout designs and updates with clients and stakeholders, addressing feedback and concerns. - Ensure layout designs adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. - Stay updated on layout design trends and technologies, identifying and implementing process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering. - Experience in layout design and project engineering. - Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, Lumion, and other design software. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations. - Project management experience is a plus.,
