PROJECT ENGINEER

Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related field).
• 5-7 years of experience in project engineering or management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, MS Project).
• Proficient in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
