Role Description

This full-time Project Engineer role is based on-site in Rajasthan. The Project Engineer will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include reviewing designs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, performing site analysis, monitoring project progress, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Project Engineer will also contribute to technical problem-solving and the preparation of project reports to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Engineering and Project Planning, with the ability to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience in solar energy systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with teams, clients, and stakeholders, as well as preparing technical documentation and reports.
• Project Management skills with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with required standards.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address on-site challenges efficiently.
• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required, with prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector preferred.
