Job Description

Position: Project Engineer- Civil.

Experience: 4 + yrs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering and construction projects (civil works for hotels/resorts).

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with building codes, QA/QC standards, safety protocols, performance benchmarks, and specifications. SimplyHired+1SimplyHired+1
Conduct regular site inspections, enforce quality control, and initiate corrective measures when needed.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Liaise daily with architects, civil/MEP consultants, contractors, PMC, and internal teams to interpret requirements and resolve on-site technical issues. AmbitionBox+10SimplyHired+10Indeed+10

Reporting & Billing

Review and certify contractors bills and manage change-order documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
Experience: 47 years in civil project execution, preferably 2+ years in hotel or commercial construction. (Data from other hotel-related roles suggests 4–6 years of relevant experience.)
