Tender Preparation & Documentation Collect and organize all required technical, financial, and administrative documents. Prepare pre-qualification documents (PQ), technical proposals, and commercial bids. Ensure all documentation aligns with tender requirements and company policies. Upload and submit tenders through online portals (GeM, CPP, eProcurement, etc.) within deadlines. 3. Costing, Estimation & Pricing SupportCoordinate with procurement, engineering, and finance teams to obtain input costs. Assist in preparing price bids, rate analysis, and comparative statements. Maintain confidentiality of pricing strategies and bid documents. 4. Coordination & Communication Liaise with clients, vendors, and consultants for clarification on tender terms.
