Job Description

Role Overview: As a Civil Engineer, your role will involve analyzing construction and structural drawings, managing day-to-day site operations, preparing schedules of material used and available, and supervising the site labour force. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing bills of quantity and carrying out retrofitting works with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze construction and structural drawings - Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force - Prepare schedules of material used and available - Prepare bills of quantity - Carry out retrofitting works Qualifications Required: - BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Male candidates only) - Knowledge of Ms Office - Minimum 2 years of experience in retrofitting works Additional Details: The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift. Exposure to rehabilitation of structures is preferred for this role. Work location is in person.
