Project Engineer - BMS

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Project execution and commissioning of BMS systems including HVAC, lighting control, access control, and fire safety integration.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of system performance.
• Read, interpret, and work with control drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Handle programming and configuration of BMS controllers and field devices.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and client-side engineers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Prepare technical reports, test sheets, and commissioning documentation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and final handover to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in BMS commissioning and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, automation logic, and field instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective site coordination.
