Could you be the full-time Documentation Manager in Bangalore were looking for?

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in documentation management within a cutting-edge, dynamic environment. Youll work alongside proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of documentation across the lifecycle of our projects, bids, and programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams ([e.g., core teams, partners, and system engineers]), define and implement documentation management plans, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the documentation lifecycle and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, but also act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation processes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and implementing Documentation Management within the Project/Program/Bid organization
  • Coordinating documentation activities across the project lifecycle
  • Building and monitoring the Documentation Management Plan (DMP) in line with contractual requirements
  • Managing the project’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and training users
  • Ensuring proper validation, archiving, and distribution of all project documentation
  • Participating in quality inspections, gate reviews, and change management processes
  • Providing reporting and analysis of documentation milestones and KPIs
  • Driving a culture of documentation excellence within the team

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 9 to 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Documentation Management
  • Knowledge of the railway domain (desirable)
  • Experience with EDMS tools and document lifecycle management
  • Engineering environment awareness
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
