Objective of the Job

To support the Project Management function for the Pumps Group by maintaining, organizing, and controlling project-related documentation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documentation (drawings, specifications, datasheets, inspection reports, vendor documents).
  
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure documentation completeness with version control.
  
• Support creation of document templates, trackers, and filing systems aligned with ISO and internal standards.
  
• Assist in preparing documentation packages for client submission, audits, and internal reviews.
  
• Monitor document workflows and ensure timely updates and approvals.
  
• Digitize and archive legacy project documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  
• Provide support during project close-out documentation.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, SharePoint, and document control systems

  is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
