Project Delivery Manager - SMART Building

Role Overview: As a Project Delivery Manager at Dar, you will be a key member of the Project Team, responsible for managing the implementation of digital platforms in buildings and infrastructure projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to identify use cases, create unique value propositions, and map out data and technical requirements to deliver solutions as per specifications. The ideal candidate for this position would possess a well-rounded experience in managing the deployment of building solutions, including expertise in testing and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems, IoT platforms, data analytics, and cloud solutions. Knowledge of Edge Computing and Digital Twins would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Identify use cases and value propositions in collaboration with Clients and other Stakeholders - Manage the relationship with the Client representatives throughout the project - Analyze IT and OT data sources to derive insights - Understand workflows and systems within different buildings - Customize platform modules and dashboards to project requirements in coordination with Product Managers - Develop project-specific algorithms for optimization and prescriptive controls - Create algorithms and methods for automated fault detection and diagnostics - Determine data integration needs based on identified use cases - Utilize the Admin Panel to deploy the solution, configure rules, conditions, and visuals - Identify and process data for analysis based on specific use cases - Coordinate with the tech team for platform implementation, including data acquisition, validation, analytics, and visualization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics from a reputed university, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience - Hands-on experience in managing the deployment of building solutions/platforms, defining technical and functional requirements, and collaborating with the development team - Practical experience in the design, implementation, or testing/commissioning of Instrumentation & Control Systems with integrations to 3rd party systems - Proficiency in IoT platforms, IoT gateways, data acquisition, data analytics, and cloud solutions - Familiarity with Edge Computing and Digital Twins is preferred - Coding experience (Python, React, Javascript, etc.) and proficiency in designing and developing Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs)/dashboards would be a plus - Holding certifications from relevant organizations/training institutes is desirable,
