Project Coordinator(Mobile App - E2E & QA FOCUS

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Lifecycle Management • • • • Quality Assurance & Testing • • • Act as the primary communication bridge between internal stakeholders and external development partners. Oversee the full project lifecycle, including requirement clarification, module progress tracking, milestone verification, and release coordination. Prepare and maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports for management. Coordinate with backend, design, ERP, showroom, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and deliverables. Perform detailed end-to-end testing across Android and iOS, covering functional, UI/UX, and flow validations. Validate app flows, backend connectivity, API response behavior, and overall application stability. Create, execute, and manage test cases for UAT; conduct review sessions and document feedback. • • • Maintain and update structured bug logs via Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar tools. Follow up with development teams on bug resolution, regression testing, and final QA confirmations. Support release readiness checks and verify builds before deployment.

Documentation

• • Prepare internal documentation, FAQs, feature notes, and module behavior references. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation across tools and internal repositories.

Required Skills & Competencies

• • • • • • • Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle (E2E). Hands-on experience in manual testing, writing test cases, reporting bugs, and validating user flows. Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Excel, or Gantt charts. Ability to read and interpret Figma screens, UI wireframes, and user journeys. Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of API responses, logs, or debugging tools (added advantage). Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize issues, and ensure timely delivery. Preferred / Nice-to-have skills • • Experience working in fintech, payments, retail, or CRM-integrated mobile applications. Strong understanding of customer-centric designs and mobile user journeys.
