As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure timely completion. Your responsibilities will include developing project schedules, tracking progress, and addressing potential delays. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, gathering feedback, and providing regular updates on project status. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project schedules - Track project progress - Address potential delays - Act as the primary point of contact for clients - Gather client feedback - Provide regular project status updates Clear and consistent communication among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders is crucial in your role. You will prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation as necessary. Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action plans with all involved parties to ensure project success. Collaboration with site engineers is essential. You will work closely with site engineers to monitor on-ground project progress and facilitate the resolution of site-related challenges by collaborating with engineers and other team members.
