About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project and delivery managers in administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy facilitating communication across teams, and are passionate about ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to project and delivery managers.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure accurate documentation of reports.
• Monitor project progress and share timely updates with leads.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and related documentation.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices.
• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.

Who you are

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Have proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Possess excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
