Job Summary:
We are seeking Project Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical service requirements, interacting with customers and vendors, handling invoicing and payment collections, and planning service/site deputations.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom), or any relevantgraduation. Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in service coordination, back-office sales, or servicesupport.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Knowledge of managing service support. Familiarity with commercial terms and invoicing processes. Experience with quality procedures and documentation. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate communication between the team, clients, and vendors for engineering services.2. Prepare and present commercial offers for services and coordinate with the accountsdepartment for invoicing.3. Follow up on payment collections from customers.4. Adhere to quality procedures and maintain necessary documentation.5. Assist and support the project manager in departmental functions.6. Respond to customer inquiries efficiently.7. Coordinate with Equipment Original Manufacturer (EOM) for repairs or replacements, andmaintain ISO documentation related to repairs and services.8. Manage attendance time sheets and project commissioning reports with the service team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
