Job Description

Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator will play a central role in managing, coordinating, and supporting projects within the education domain, focusing primarily on education technology solutions. The position requires close collaboration with clients (educational institutes, and universities), ensuring effective service delivery, project execution, and on-going support. Strong communication, time management, and technical understanding are essential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple education technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate client on boarding and training for Digital evaluation and cross platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers, support staff, product managers) to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
  • Support service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to technical teams as needed.
  • Collect client feedback and relay it to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed, up to date, and accessible.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and training materials for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2+ years experience in project coordination, preferably in education technology.
  • Familiarity with education platforms, e-learning solutions, or school management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting educational institutions or edtech startups.
  • Basic understanding of FoxPro (not mandatory)
  • Experience with remote/virtual client support and training.

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based, with occasional travel to client locations.

  • Flexible timings as per project and client requirements.

Career Path:
Eligible for growth towards Project Manager, Client Success Lead, or Product Specialist roles within the education technology sector.
